With over 8 years extensive experience in the field of architecture, draughting and construction, complimented by 2 years in the property valuation sector, the company has built up a vast knowledge of the building industry.

• Council documentation
  Draughting of council plans and associated documents, full walk-through of plans to obtain council approval.
  

• Construction details
  Detailed drawings of more intricate / specialised construction, including water proofing details, custom handrails, verandahs etc.
  

• Digital 3d modeling
  Three dimensional rendering of any existing or new projects including still images, walk-throughs and fly overs
  

• Presentation drawings and documents
  Artistic renderings of proposed developments for advertising and presentation purposes

• Kitchen, Cupboard & Bathroom Layouts
  Design and construction drawings of storage and display spaces, bathroom fittings, sanitary ware etc.
  

• Site inspection / visits & snagging
  Visiting building sites, either weekly or on demand (according to client’s needs) to inspect building works, meet with contractors, compile lists of incomplete work, areas to be finished and corrected etc.
